By engaging in services, you agree that:

You are fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being
You will use your own discernment when applying any guidance or practices
You understand that coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice
 
4. Limitation of Liability
Magnetic Soul Healing and its representatives are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or outcomes arising from the use of this website or services.

You agree to use all information and practices at your own discretion and risk.

 
5. Payment & Billing
By purchasing services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected program or session.

For recurring payments:

You authorize Magnetic Soul Healing to charge your selected payment method
You agree to maintain valid and updated billing information
You are responsible for ensuring timely payment
Prices may be updated at any time, with notice provided via website or email.

 
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and frameworks provided by Magnetic Soul Healing are the intellectual property of the company.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell materials
Share program content outside of your personal use
Reverse engineer or modify website content
 
7. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if necessary, including in cases of misuse, disrespect, or violation of these terms.

11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations
Clients may cancel recurring services or coaching subscriptions at any time by providing written notice via email.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Once a session or billing cycle has begun, it is considered fully active and non-transferable.

 
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching, digital services, and time-based transformation work, all sales are generally non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds for:

Completed coaching sessions
Partially used programs or packages
Missed appointments or no-shows
Digital content or accessed materials
In rare cases of exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed at the discretion of Magnetic Soul Healing.

 
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24–48 hours notice, depending on the program structure. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

 
Chargebacks
By purchasing services, you agree to contact Magnetic Soul Healing directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination of access to services and programs.
