Have you ever wanted to drop into the splits? Well I always dreamed of it and finally reached my dream of doing the splits at the age of 32, after following a meticulous stretching plan I created. I’ve condensed this stretching and strength training to an easy to step by step program, when done with consistency (4-6 days a week) you will become flexible and strong.

A 1:1 session focused on building flexibility and strength that will match your current level while at the same time will guide you to expand and enhance your capability. Working with me consistently in this area, you will become stronger and more flexible within no time.
